To access paid services you will need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Payment is required in advance for all programmes. If after your first session you feel the programme is not right for you, we will provide a full refund. This offer applies to first sessions only.
Monthly subscriptions (Team Training, Founder Partner) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
You may use our content for your own business purposes. You may not:
All content produced by Dark Horse Mindset. including playbooks, prompts, course materials, masterclasses and resources. is our intellectual property. You may use it in your own business. You may not reproduce or sell it.
Our community is a professional environment. Members are expected to be respectful and constructive. We reserve the right to remove members who are disrespectful, spammy or disruptive without refund.
We share genuine results from our work. However, results vary and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using our services. AI tools and their capabilities change over time. We do our best to keep our content current but cannot guarantee every prompt or technique will produce identical results in all circumstances.
Our services are educational and coaching in nature. They are not professional legal, financial or technical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Horse Mindset's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of our services or content.
