Having spent years working across multiple business functions, Nina saw first-hand how much time businesses waste on work that AI could be doing. and how few of them had the knowledge, confidence or support to actually change that.

Dark Horse Mindset was built to fix that. Not with generic courses or hit-and-run consultancy, but with hands-on coaching and implementation that leaves businesses permanently better equipped.
